Walterton Road project
This modern Maisonette from West London was completely refurbished from the brick to the final interior details.
All the wood structure is reinforced and we add at each level a new RSJ steel beam to create bigger opening spaces and more stability. At the exterior we reinforced the main roof and on the extension we have replaced the old bitumen roof with a more modern and reliable one from fibreglass. The front and the back of the building has been completely refurbished.
We have installed a new central heating system with underfloor heating in kitchen and living room and radiators in the rest of the rooms and in the bathrooms we add an electric underfloor heating. In the place of the old kitchen, we build a gym with a custom made climbing wall.
It was one of the most interesting projects and carefully executed to the client specifications.
